Yoga Therapist

"I started my career in IT. I turned to yoga when I started to face health issues. Yoga helped me find relief from physical and mental stress. This inspired me to follow my passion for healing through yoga and teaching others it's possible for them too. I left my IT job and completed a master’s degree in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA University in India.

 

As part of my training, I worked at Arogyadhama. This hospital was located at my university and I learned how yoga can help treat different health problems. I trained under a senior therapist. I learned new yoga techniques that not only ease symptoms but also target the root cause of diseases.

 

Yoga therapy offers a complete approach to healing that improves your body and mind. It helps you feel more energetic, peaceful and healthy. After this training experience, I became driven to help improve others health and well-being with therapeutic yoga."
